File upload and compatibility:
You can upload the following file formats:
- Audio: MP3, WAV, FLAC, AIFF
- Video: MP4 (audio enhancement only; video remains unchanged)
We currently don't support other video or proprietary file formats, but are always updating our software, so check back often!
There is no hard file size limit, but larger files may take longer to process. If you experience issues with large files, consider trimming unnecessary parts before uploading.
You can enhance both speech and music. Our AI-powered enhancement adjusts dynamically based on the type of content. However, results for music will vary depending on the complexity of the track. But don't forget - you get to listen to a 15 second preview of the upscaled audio before committing, so what have you got to lose?

Most files are processed in a few minutes, depending on the length of the file and server load. You’ll see a progress indicator while processing.
Yes! We provide a 15-second free preview of your enhanced and upscaled file so you can hear the difference before you pay.
While we use the best-in-class Dolby.io Enhance API to significantly improve audio quality, the results are always influenced by the original recording’s quality. If your audio has severe issues—like heavy distortion, extreme background noise, or very low volume—it may limit what our technology can achieve. The good news? You can preview a 15-second sample of your enhanced file for free before deciding to purchase. This allows you to assess the results and ensure you’re happy with the improvements.
There’s no risk involved, and we’re confident that our AI-powered technology delivers the best possible results for most files!
No, the enhancement is fully automated and optimized by AI. However, our default settings are designed to deliver the highest-quality results for most recordings.
Payments & Pricing:
We offer pay-per-file pricing:
- Audio files (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AIFF) → $3 per file (up to 5 minutes)
- Video files (MP4, audio enhancement only) → $4 per file (up to 5 minutes)
Larger files are priced in 5-minute increments. There are no subscriptions—you only pay when you use the service.
We process payments securely through Stripe, which supports:
✅ Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
✅ Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)
Since we provide a 15-second preview before you commit to purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing download of your file, by all means contact us, and we’ll assist.
Downloads & File Access:
After payment, you’ll receive a secure, expiring download link. You can:
- Click to download immediately.
- Use the "Copy Link" button to save the URL if needed.
For security reasons, download links expire after 48 hours. If you lose your link, you will need to get in touch with us with the name of the file you enhanced. If our records confirm you've paid to upcale your audio file, we'd be glad to assist with a new download link.
To protect user privacy, we delete all files automatically within 48 hours after processing. We do not store your files permanently.
Troubleshooting:
If you’re experiencing issues:
✔ Check your file type (only MP3, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, or MP4 are supported).
✔ Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge work best).
✔ Ensure your internet connection is stable.
- If issues persist, contact support with details of your file type and error message.
Since enhancement is AI-powered, results depend on the quality of the original recording. If your file has extreme distortion, echo, or clipping, the improvement may be limited.
Always preview the 15-second sample before purchasing to ensure you're satisfied with the result.

Yes! We use secure encryption for file uploads and temporary storage. Your files are never shared and are automatically deleted within 48 hours.
