UpscaleMyAudio provides an AI-powered audio enhancement tool that allows users to:

• Upload audio and video files for automatic enhancement using Dolby.io® technology.
• Listen to a 15-second preview before purchasing the enhanced file.
• Pay per file and download the enhanced version.

We do not guarantee that processed files will meet specific professional or commercial standards, as the quality depends on the original recording.

Payment & Refund Policy

Pay-Per-File Pricing: Users pay a one-time fee per processed file (no subscriptions).

No Refunds: Since a 15-second preview is provided before you commit to purchase, all sales are final unless there is a technical issue on our end, such as inability to download the upscaled file. Please contact support in such instances, and we will provide a refund or re-process the file at no additional charge.

Payment Processing: All transactions are handled securely via Stripe.

File Processing & Storage

File Deletion Policy:

Uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted within 48 hours for privacy and security.

No File Backup:

We do not store or archive processed files for more than 48 hours—please download and save your file promptly.

File Integrity:

The visuals of video files remain unchanged, and only the audio track is enhanced.

Acceptable Use

By using UpscaleMyAudio, you agree:

✅ Not to attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or misuse our service.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to users who violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

UpscaleMyAudio is provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results. We are not responsible for:

• Any loss of data due to failed downloads.
• Any incompatibility issues with third-party software or platforms.
• Any unexpected alterations in processed audio due to the enhancement algorithm.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of UpscaleMyAudio after changes means you accept the revised terms.
